OK...the feast is over and the fridge (and your belly) are both full. While you recover from your carb hangover, consider focusing on the afterglow of the whole point of Thanksgiving: gratitude. Perhaps the most potent practice for emotional (and physical, and spiritual, and relational!) well-being is a daily(not yearly, not monthly, not weekly) gratitude practice.
